Our Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC) is manufactured through the precise calcination of high-grade limestone. We select raw materials with the highest calcium content and minimal impurities like Magnesia, Silica, and Iron. The process involves slaking Calcium Oxide into a Lime Slurry, which is then carbonated under controlled industrial conditions to produce high-purity, ultra-fine particles.
Activated Calcium Carbonate is engineered by surface-coating PCC with specialized fatty acids (Stearic Acid) and Titanate Coupling Agents. This coating enhances the mineral's physical properties, offering superior dispersion, flow, and gloss. For end-users, ACC allows for higher filler loading, providing a significant edge in economic viability and mechanical strength in finished products.
