The Company was started in 2005 by a dynamic women entrepreneur with inspiration from Mr. Vinod Kumar Agarwal who is the CEO of the company, having an intensive business background, which balances the cutting edge understanding of technology with broad experience in Management. Our presence in Ludhiana is driven by a clear goal: to cater to the industrial water treatment needs and other process-related needs in the industrial world. In Ludhiana, we found an unlimited demand and scope across this major industrial hub of Punjab - from the Focal Point Industrial Area (Phase 1-8, 1,500+ units including auto components, textile, hosiery, engineering, food processing, and plastic), Ludhiana Industrial Estate, Bahadurke Road Industrial Belt, Gill Road Industrial Area, and the countless small and medium enterprises (SMEs) involved in cycle manufacturing (Ludhiana is the cycle capital of India, producing over 50% of India's bicycles and bicycle components, and also a major hub for two-wheeler and auto components, hand tools, machine tools, sewing machines, knitwear, and hosiery (Ludhiana is known as the Manchester of India for its textile and hosiery industry), and for the food processing industry (the city is a major producer of dairy products, agricultural machinery, and food grains, and also has a large number of rice shellers, flour mills, and other food processing units).. We realized the critical water treatment needs of Ludhiana's industries amidst the city's severe water scarcity, high TDS groundwater, textile and dyeing effluent challenges, and stringent pollution control norms under the Punjab Pollution Control Board (PPCB), with the need to protect the Sutlej River and its tributaries (Buddha Nullah, a highly polluted drain, and other water bodies) from industrial pollution and to implement ZLD for highly polluting industrial categories (especially textiles and dyeing) on time and resolutioned to serve with full commitment to make our customers 100% satisfied with our product and service.
We achieved success by performing beyond customers' expectations in some prestigious industries in Northern parts of India. These successes laid the foundation for our industrial growth.
